Job Description
Operate a cash register
Manage cash flow dependant on Chapter requirements
Calculate and report cash transactions on a daily basis
Receive and process payment from customers
Receive and process PRC donations
Support customers and donors within the Chapter
Answer Chapter phone and offer assistance as required
Filing and record keeping as required
Support the Chapter Administrator with administration tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
- 1 years’ work related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent organizational ability
