Job Description

  • Performs various laboratory examinations on collected blood as mandated by the Department of Health on all blood units for transfusion
  • Carry out proper storage and issuance of blood and blood components.
  • Performs serological tests for out-patients and PRC staff
  • Performs the function of phlebotomist or receptionist whenever necessary.
  • Helps in the maintenance of sanitation and upkeep of equipments and facilities, proper disinfection and disposal of laboratory wastes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
  • Medical Technologist license holder
  • Minimum one year work related experience
