Job Description
- Operate a cash register
- Manage cash flow dependant on Chapter requirements
- Calculate and report cash transactions on a daily basis
- Receive and process payment from customers
- Receive and process PRC donations
- Support customers and donors within the Chapter
- Answer Chapter phone and offer assistance as required
- Filing and record keeping as required
- Support the Chapter Administrator with administration tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
- 1 years’ work related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent organizational ability
