Job Description
- Assist employees with queries regarding policies, guidelines, administrative process and general queries
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation regarding employee relations
- Organize memo’s including Notice to Explain, Formal Charge, Suspension Order, Invitation to Appear, Assignment of Panel, and Resolution documentation
- Coordinate and document verbatim during employee hearings
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Human Resources Director
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree (4 Year) preferably in Human Resources, Social Science or related field
- Minimum 1 years’ work experience in Employee Relations
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on behalf of employees
