Job Description
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for staff positions
- Develop advertisements for vacant positions
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to coordinate advertising of vacancies via online, print and social media channels
- Develop position descriptions in conjunction with the requesting Office, Service or Partner National Societies
- Screen and evaluate candidate applications for accuracy and against role requirements and role suitability
- Coordinate Interview schedules
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments; face to face, Skype and phone
- Refer and recommend candidates within specified time frames aligned to organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct reference checks documenting outcomes when required
- Liaise with recommended candidates regarding pre-employment requirements and start dates
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruitment related experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent business acumen, reporting and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
