Job Description
To manage the implementation of the Health Services projects in Nueva Vizcaya and Aurora delivered by the Philippine Red Cross in partnership with the Japanese Red Cross
- Responsible for the over-all implementation and monitoring of the health projects.
- Manage staff, financial and administrative transactions in accordance with PRC standards and donor requirements
- Facilitate project monitoring and evaluation requirements
- Provide technical advice guidance in the implementation of the project activities
- Prepare monthly progress reports, logistics and financial reports of the projects
- Coordinate and support Project and Chapter Staff to deliver activities as per the agreed work plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Community Development or relevant course
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in community-based health projects
- Experience in project management is required
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
