Job Description
- Producers and delivers monitoring and evaluation requirements for Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Operations team, programs and services
- Supports and coordinates the design and execution of monitoring and evaluation plans
- Coordinates and collects accurate monitoring data and information
- Evaluates data and produce regular reporting regarding progress and overall program outputs
- Updates key stakeholders in a timely manner regarding performance against KPI’s.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with key stakeholders facilitating communication as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degreein Public/Business Administration, Statics or related field.
- Understanding of Philippine Red Cross Operations, Strategy and Objectives required.
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred or with similar humanitarian/international organization.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in monitoring and evaluation.
