Job Description
To support Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in reaching its vision, goals and mission related to service delivery, operational performance and viability
- Assist PRC in achieving goals and objectives related to resource generation and service delivery
- Conduct internal and external analysis of organizational performance in order to direct the company's resources and identify organizational areas of opportunity
- Develop strategies and organize resources to advance PRC goals
- Support the development and implementation of budgets
- Prepare reports for senior and executive management
- Ensure Service and Chapter compliance with PRC policy
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field required
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in business management and leadership experience required
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member/volunteer or with a similar humanitarian organization preferred
- Experience in program development and delivery required
- Excellent business acumen, reporting and problem solving skills
