Job Description
To support the Volunteer Services Director by developing and implementing sustainable volunteer recruitment programs and activities at the Philippine Red Cross, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the recruitment, training and evaluation of volunteer programs nationally.
- Review existing volunteer recruitment programs and strategies and recommend enhancements
- Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies
- Review and enhance volunteer training materials and programs
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer recruitment strategies and programs nationally.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources, Social Science, Community Development or related fields
- Marketing, management and leadership experience preferred
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships within and external to the Philippine Red Cross
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent business acumen, reporting and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
