Job Description
To manage the implementation of the Red Cross Action Team (RCAT) 143 program of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in partnership with International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC)
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the program activities, including training and orientation to the targeted Chapters and Local Government Units
- Monitor the program progress in chapter level implementation
- Manage financial expenses and transactions based on the Philippine Red Cross protocol
- Liaise with all key players including National Headquarters offices, chapters and partner organizations during the implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate in
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in program development and management
- Engagement with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
