Job Description
Position Purpose: To support in the record management of HR Department and forthcoming implementation of the Human Resources Information Management (HRIS)
- Manage the HR relevant documents and records accordingly
- Organize the employees’ 201 file
- Encode the Organization and employees’ relevant information to the HRIS
- Perform other duties as delegated by the department
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- Background in HR record management is an advantage
- Proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Written and verbal communication skills
