Job Description
To manage the over-all planning, implementation management and maintenance of the Philippine Red Cross’ IT operation
- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users
- Ensure that information and communication system, equipment and resources are operational
- Ensure that IT guidelines, policies and procedures are properly implemented with the jurisdiction of the organization
- Review and enhance standard guidelines, policies and procedures of IT operations within the organization
- Formulate and plan PRC information systems and technology services, computer and telecommunications, in support of PRC strategic framework, operational objectives and critical requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information System or related field
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Information Technology in similar management position
- Experience working with similar non-government organizations preferred
- IT certifications is an advantage
