Job Description

  • To deliver an outstanding national transportation service for Philippine Red Cross (PRC) by leading a team of drivers and maintenance personnel.
  • Manage a team of drivers to provide safe and timely transportation for PRC staff, volunteers and Partner National Society Representatives
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and maintenance staff for PRC National Headquarters (NHQ) & Chapters nationwide including passenger vehicles, forklifts, ambulances, fire trucks and pay-loaders
  • Develop and plan fleet operating and maintenance annual budget
  • Coordinate with internal partners regarding insurance and procurement related to fleet vehicles and equipment
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting regarding fleet, vehicle and equipment status

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Fleet Manager, Supervisor or in a similar role required
  • Management and leadership experience required
  • Willingness to demonstrate flexibility by working during disaster response, recovery & emergency deployment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
