Job Description
- To deliver an outstanding national transportation service for Philippine Red Cross (PRC) by leading a team of drivers and maintenance personnel.
- Manage a team of drivers to provide safe and timely transportation for PRC staff, volunteers and Partner National Society Representatives
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and maintenance staff for PRC National Headquarters (NHQ) & Chapters nationwide including passenger vehicles, forklifts, ambulances, fire trucks and pay-loaders
- Develop and plan fleet operating and maintenance annual budget
- Coordinate with internal partners regarding insurance and procurement related to fleet vehicles and equipment
- Provide timely and accurate reporting regarding fleet, vehicle and equipment status
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Fleet Manager, Supervisor or in a similar role required
- Management and leadership experience required
- Willingness to demonstrate flexibility by working during disaster response, recovery & emergency deployment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
