Job Description
-
Implement and maintain of the 6s in service center area including front desk and customer waiting area.

Create and close R.O., requesting necessary docs from customer and encoding accurate information into CSM system.

Handle different kinds of clients, especially irate ones.
Minimum Qualifications
-
At least Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.

At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.

Preferably less than 1 year experience specializing in IT/Computer - Software or its equivalent.

Has an idea on how to be part of a service center.

Strong analytical and planning skills.

Good communication and presentation skills.
