Job Description

Implements and maintains the 6s in the service center area.

Creates/Closes R.O.s

Requests necessary documents from customers and encodes accurate information into CSM system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 1 Yearof working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably less than 1-year experience specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
