Job Description
- Generate General Ledger History of Accurate system and review suppliers withhold and send to Audit Team for their final review to be reported in withholding tax expanded or BIR form 1601E
- Review the sales report of receivable team
- Review sales summary report from inventory/ invoicing team, make an adjustment for cancelled sales invoice and sent copy to Audit Team for their final review
- Prepare journal entries for sales and encode to accurate system
- Review the cash receipt summary of receivables team and prepare final adjustment
- Review monthly inventory report of Inventory team and prepare final inventory beginning and end schedule
- Encode 2307 to BIR alpha list data entry, BIR submission as an attachment for ITR
- Manually compute and analyse the costing of importation together with unit price per unit based on bureau of customs computation
- Manually compute monthly cost of sales
- Manually compute Gross profit from sales and sent to Audit Team for ITR preparation
- Prepare summary schedule of importation based on warehouse document
- File BIR form 1601E via EPFS and send MAP attachment to BIR e submission
- Update BIR books of account such as sales journal books, purchase journal boon and cash receipt book
- File annualization summary of expanded withholding tax or BIR form 1604E
- Prepare year-end inventory and submit to BIR with DVD-R copy and notarized sworn affidavit
- Submit to BIR the employees ITR or BIR form 2316
- Assist on responding and resolving issues with BIR and other local government such as BIR tax mapping tax assessment, letter notice, letter of authority, Subpoena duces tecum
- Assist RTCO by providing documents and schedules needed for tax compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Candidate must have experience in Taxation, general accounting, account receivable.
- Must have at least 2 years work related experience.
- must knowledgeable with Auditing Theory, BIR Compliance schedule and Philippine Taxation Theory.
- Must be familiar with TAX MAPPING and IMPORTATION.
