Job Description
- Implement and maintain of the 6s in service center area including front desk and customer waiting area.
- Create and close R.O., requesting necessary docs from customer and encoding accurate information into CSM system.
- Handle different kinds of clients, especially irate ones.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably less than 1 year experience specializing in IT/Computer - Software or its equivalent.
- Has an idea on how to be part of a service center.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
