Job Description
- Analysis of new malls and areas for potential store locations
- Assist in collecting all necessary information and documents to start store construction
- Selection of strategic store locations inside malls for OPPO stores
- Recommendation on store type for new malls
- Manage store construction timeline
- Risk management for stores with ongoing construction
- Quarterly and Annual forecast of materials, modules usage and requirements for upcoming stores.
- Maintenance of complete store information
- Compilation of all documents for each OPPO store nationwide
- Problem solving for all arising concerns from before to current construction and renovation
- Assess store area distribution and dealer distribution
- Monitor ROI for all new stores
- Gather Market insights on competitors’ store design and locations
- Do field work for store visit for construction inspection.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Education, Management, Business Administration and related course.
- Experienced in Project and Timeline Management
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications. (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Background in mall leasing team is a plus
- Allowed to travel for work purposes
