Job Description
- Produce training materials for in-house courses
- Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Manage & Responsible for nationwide training program
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any equivalent courses, qualification in Instruction and/or learning design is advantageous
- Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills
- Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition
