Merchandising Supervisor  

Lead OPPO visibility team with 3 visibility officers,including visibilityaudit
officer,visibility training officer and field officer.
Assist the Merchandising Manager in planning and monitoring merchandising
materials display of every new product launch in Philippine market,and assure
the said standard display will be strictly followed in every OPPO stores
nationwide.
Conduct training to regional merchandising specialist and sales team for every
new product project.
in charge of regular visibility audit of all OPPO stores nationwide to ensure a
neat,high-end,organized,and competitive display in the market.
In charge of newly hired SA merchandising knowledge training nationwide.
In charge of newly hired OPPO regional merchandising specialist training
nationwide,assist manager with field merchandising team management and
development.
Benchmark competitor’s movement in the market,and offer suggestions to
merchandising for the improvement.
Conduct OPPO standard visibility training to OPPO Marketingdept,OPPO
BrandStoredept,OPPOKeyAccountsdept,andcoordinatetoOPPOkey
partners(HC,GLOBE,etc)regarding visibility display as a representative of OPPO
merchandising team.
Improve the design and utilization of POP materials thru coordinating with
project supervisor,procurement supervisor and graphicdesigner.

• CandidatemustpossessatleastBachelor's/CollegeDegree.Graduateof

MarketingManagementrelatedcourseispreferred.

• Minimum 4 to 5years working experience in any retail related company

is a must.

• Excellent communication skills,training skills and strong team

management skills.

• Project management skills is required.
• Great Visual Merchandising analytic skill is required.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Applications(Word,Excel,PowerPoint

Presentation);Good with planning and project presentation.

• Must be willing to do fieldwork nationwide.
• Must be result-oriented.
