Job Description

  • Looking for a Senior Events Officer who'll be able to support the Marketing/Brand Team in conceptualizing, planning, and executing creative experiential events aligned to the key business objectives and overall marketing campaign. The position will be focused mostly on the realm of e-sports gaming.
  • ​​Support the Event Manager in overall management, which includes conceptualization, planning, execution, and measurement of events and on-ground/online marketing activations
  • Deliver new and creative event ideas in support of the overall marketing campaign
  • Source, contact, negotiate, and manage event agencies and suppliers
  • Align and liaise with respective third party vendors, and company internal groups and departments (PR, Creatives, Sales, Merchandising, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of events and activations
  • Ensure high level of attendees, interaction, and customer satisfaction in all executions
  • Cater to event and offline activation requirements of multiple brands within the organization
  • Manage inventory of OPPO assets fabricated and used for events and activations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Self-motivated, service-oriented, and result-oriented
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
  • Must have above average knowledge on e-sports gaming (mobile and desktop)
  • Must have excellent project management skills; can manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Must have in depth knowledge of industry best practices and pricing
  • Must have have good relationship and network among industry leading agencies and suppliers
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have good command of written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, and result-oriented
  • Can deliver quality output independently and/or with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Must be willing to execute events within and outside Metro Manila
  • Must be willing to learn and able to quickly adapt to systems and processes
