1. Process Rebates For National Sales (Checking, input in OA, printing and issuance of Deduction Form)

2. Daily Monitoring of Allocations and Inventory

3. Modify orders

4. Receive and collect Collection Receipt

5. Update Accounts Receivable (AR) Daily Monitoring

6. Receive, create breakdown, safekeep and deposit cheques

7. Receive and safekeep Sales invoice, Delivery Receipt and other Documents

Minimum Qualifications

The minimum number of years of work related experience. * 1-2 Year(s) of working experience
Adequate knowledge with handling reimbursement, petty cash, and related task. *
Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation) *
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Acts as a role model and leads by example by ensuring all sensitive information of the business should at all times be handled with integrity and accountability
