Job Description:
- Create poster layout/template for spiels and sales guide as promoters’ reference
- Conducting field training
- Regional support for Regional Training Team
- Checking/research in the current market situation (Act as promoter)
- Create materials and conduct training depending on trainers, promoters and sales team
- Complete performance improvement plan and measurement of sales promoter during coaching / learning intervention.
- Acts as a role model and leads by example by ensuring all sensitive information of the business should at all times be handled with integrity and accountability.
- Responsible for the result.
- Conduct region audits to check the trainers, sales team and promoters on their familiarity on the existing and newly launched products.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Agree with company culture
- Adequate knowledge with smart phones, retail industry, consumer psychology and behaviors, and selling experience.
- Keen insight to popular platform for young people. Know how to operate mainstream platforms to boost a certain topic
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation), know video editing and ps
- Strong structural thinking skills.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Tagalog.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
