GTM Management Trainee | Chinese  

(1) Assist the head of the department to manage the affairs of the department, and ensure that each section completes the work on time and with good quality

(2) Auxiliary product operation, root into each node of product operation;

(3) Master product operation, market insight, production and marketing working methods

(4) Analyze sales data, find out sales problems and give improvement Suggestions

职业规划：

1) 第1年：前期协助部门负责人管理部门事项和产品操盘协助，承担产销工作

2) 第2年-第3年：承担产品经理工作和MI经理工作

3) 第3年及以上： GTM部门负责人储备人员或者夸部门横向发展

3) 语言：英语作为工作语言

工作内容：

（1） 协助部门负责人管理部门事项，保障各个板块按时按质完成工作

（2） 辅助产品操盘，根进产品操盘各个节点；

（3） 掌握产品操盘，市场洞察，产销工作方法

（4） 销售数据分析，找出销售中问题并给出改进意见
