Job Description
- Responsible for advocating the brand on our social networks and other online platforms.
- Actively engage the online community to connect with potential customers and advocate accordingly
- Create and implement strategies to scale our online community and connect with new people.
- Continually engage with the brand’s community by providing timely responses in social media comments and direct messages.
- Protect the brands online reputation by responding to potential issues in an efficient and constructive manner.
- Be always on the lookout for potential risks to the brand’s online reputation.
- Create consistent reports to analyze online conversation about the brand.
- Contribute to other relevant tasks to support the digital marketing team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Above average writing skills.
- Results driven – must be able to meet monthly targets.
- Preferably someone who has handled multiple social accounts for different brands.
- Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
