Job Description
- Draft or review contracts, policies, memorandum or other documents that need to be assessed.
- Ensure that the company is compliant to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations imposed by different government agencies.
- Represent the company in any legal proceedings if needed.
- Provide legal advices or opinions on all fields of law such as, corporation law, general commercial law, taxation law and labor law.
- Assist the HR Department on all Labor related concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Laws and must be a Bar passer
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in corporate law and/or commercial law, criminal law & labor law practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to think analytically and critically; must be keen to details.
