Job Description
- Prepare Purchase Order form for Suppliers - Local and International (china)
- Monitor delivery of ordered materials from suppliers to headquarter’s warehouse with regards to arranged date of delivery.
- Align , confirm, purchase orders with warehouse receiving report and finance records
- Monitor every purchase orders if completely served by the suppliers.
- Coordinate payment of purchase orders to admin officers.
- Process allocation of materials, using company’s system, for local and international orders
- Process Material request of regional offices.
- Coordinate receiving report and purchase orders to admin officer for supplier payments.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in related roles.
- Have strong background in purchasing, inventory, material and warehouse management
- Computer literate and Knowledgable with microsoft office excel, word and PPT
- Organize, able to multi task, knows how to prioritize, and can handle pressure very well.
- Keen to details.
- Willing to render over time.
- Willing to travel in different regions of Philippines.
