Job Description
- Collect and records employee information of regional employees and work closely with HR Team and Finance Team for payroll consolidation.
- Prepare timekeeping summary every cut-off period of regional employees. Must be able to define normal days, tardiness, and absences, paid leaves, out of office, business travels, overtime and other attendance related records.
- Process accurate payroll in terms of attendance and deductions every cut-off period of regional employees.
- Ensure proper documentation and endorsement of regional payroll list to Finance in terms of employee addition, movement and separation.
- Provide database and maintain updated master list of regional employees. Ensures data privacy and confidentiality.
- Responsible in payslip distribution to regional employees
- Resolves and attends to employee concerns regarding payroll discrepancies and other related inquiries.
- Coordinate with manpower providers in relation to attendance and payroll matters.
- Assists the HR Team in the implementation of company initiated activities
- Perform ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Psychology/Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Proven experience in Timekeeping and Payroll managing a large number of headcount.
- Extensive knowledge in compliance with Philippine labor standards is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications especially Advanced Excel Formulas (Word, PowerPoint Presentation)
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
