Job Description
Primarily tasked to develop a superior workforce through, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the standard recruitment and hiring process necessary for an effective and efficient workforce.
- Lead in the administration of a healthy company – employee relationship by providing a positive working environment.
- Plan and oversee the proper implementation of Human Resources policies and programs.
- Must be knowledgeable with company wage, salary structure, and variable pay systems within the company including raises and bonuses.
- Coordinate and implement training programs using in-house resources or through third-party trainers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource or Psychology.
- Required skills (s): outgoing and familiar with Philippine culture, life, and economy.
- Must have at least 1-year experience handling Compensation and Benefits, Payroll or Timekeeping.
- Can speak English and Tagalog.
- Willing to do field work mostly in Manila Area.
