Job Description
- Manage store operations
- Manage employees, store operations and store environments to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals and maintain business standards;
- Responsible for hosting the store management, providing high-end consumer experience and employee experience, driving store sales/service improvement, and motivating employees to complete store goals.
- Responsible for the training of store personnel service, product knowledge and sales skills, and improve the comprehensive quality of the staff;
- Analyze and summarize the sales situation of the store, analyze the sales trend of the products, and collect feedback from customers to the headquarters.
- Responsible for the effective communication of the store team, build a store management system, and be able to independently implement the selection and retention of employees.
- Independently plan and implement store customer operation activities and implement headquarters marketing activities;
Minimum Qualifications
- Must posses at a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Enjoy learning and pursue continuous growth;
- Strong team management, sales incentives and communication skills;
- Data sensitivity is relatively high, can improve performance and team management in a suitable way;
- Can adapt to the fast-paced work environment, work efficiency;
- Able to accept shifts, complete work in night shifts, weekends and some holidays.
- 2-4 years of work experience, served as a store manager or regional manager in the international famous brand retail industry (3C shop or apparel chain), with the ability to manage more than 20 people
