Job Description
- Provides technical and clinical expertise (Ultrasound) in support to the Sales Functions.
- Demonstrates the procedures on various Toshiba Ultrasound machines during product demonstrations.
- Trains and educates the Ultrasound Technicians on how to use the Toshiba Ultrasound clearly and efficiently.
- Provides technical guidance and operational procedures relevant to Ultrasound machines.
- Provides assistance or augmentation on the sales product presentation relevant to Ultrasound machines.
- Ensures that good resolution features and software of machine needed is being provided to the end user.
- Visits various customers and their installed Toshiba Ultrasound machine base and performs checking of correct protocols to ensure efficiency of the machine to its full extent. Answers any application question that may arise.
- Prepares the machines and devices needed for the product demonstration as well as the required documentations.
- Assists in the delivery of the equipment and in getting customer's acceptance of the equipment installation as well as customer's payment as required.
- Assists in conducting in-house Sales training when needed.
- Seeks out and obtains sales opportunities and communicates these to the Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Nursing, Medical Technology and with valid license.
- 1 year work related experience gained in a medical environment.
- Hands-on experience in operating/handling the Ultrasound machine.
- Willing to work off shift hours.
- Willing to travel and do field work as required.
- Computer literate
