Job Description
- Guides all personnel under supervision in promoting the highest standards of service with the least time.
- Ensures compliance of all principal’s mandatory field service standards and that protocols are being applied at all times.
- Managing and developing people effectively.
- Acts as part of the management team.
- Constantly reviews the area coverage and recommends deployment, transfer, and/or hiring of Personnel to ensure cost-efficient in the area assignments and staffing.
- Ensures that the Service Team meets the requirements of customers as set in the Customer Satisfaction Criteria within the required response time.
- Provides marketing service contracts as needed by the other departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering major in Electronics.
- At least five (5) years' experience in field service repair in a medical environment.
- Experience in the medical of high-technology industry would be an advantage.
- Exhibits good management and people skills, is able to supervise and mentor a team.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and decision making ability.
- Has business acumen and entrepreneurial orientation.
- Shows excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possess high customer and people orientation.
