Job Description
Responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Provide efficient delivery services by ensuring the timely clearance and delivery of orders through coordination with forwarders, transport companies and internal departments
- Receive all processed Sales Orders
- Create delivery schedules to and for Metro Manila, provincial shipments, foreign orders and special deliveries
- Provide, identify, and recommend the best and most economical trucking and delivery services
- Evaluate the performance of service providers and make recommendations for improvement of delivery services
- Notify customer of shipment details. For foreign orders, coordinate shipment.
- Update daily all the details of deliveries and shipments
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business related course
- Has experience in deliveries (provincial & foreign) and shipping processes
- Has commendable logistical, admin, and communication skills
- Preferably Male
- Skills in driving is an advantage
