Job Description
Responsible for planning, coordinating and initiating major advocacy and engagement events and campaigns of the Bible society such as but not limited to the National Bible Month, Annual Membership Meeting, World Day of Prayer and PBS Anniversary as well as product launches, and end-to-end operations of the Bible Museum
Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates and manages PBS annual events: National Bible Month, Annual Membership Meeting, World Day of Prayer and PBS Anniversary
- Plans, coordinates and manages PBS Product launches
- Plans, coordinates and manages Bible Museum and Roving Bible Museum
- Other duties may be assigned, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, Marketing, Business or any related field
- A year or 2 work experience in an NGO or ministry/missions organization and has organized at least one (1) major event with desirable outcome
- Attentive to details & has high level of accuracy
- Excellent Administrative, Organizing and Multitasking Skills
- Willing to travel
