Bookstore Supervisor

Job Description

  • Recommends plans, sales strategies for the operations of the store and executes approved action plans and strategies to ensure that the same are accomplished according to set standards on a timely basis
  • Evaluates the store operations for better flow of transactions and efficient customer service
  • Implements strategies to meet the sales target

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate preferably with a degree in Business Management or Marketing
  • With at least 2 years’ experience in store management or in a related business
  • Has good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work with people of different religious persuasions
