Job Description
- Recommends plans, sales strategies for the operations of the store and executes approved action plans and strategies to ensure that the same are accomplished according to set standards on a timely basis
- Evaluates the store operations for better flow of transactions and efficient customer service
- Implements strategies to meet the sales target
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate preferably with a degree in Business Management or Marketing
- With at least 2 years’ experience in store management or in a related business
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Able to work with people of different religious persuasions
