Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Degree in the field of engineering, physical and natural sciences
  • Accredited Pollution Control Officer
  • With BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training Certificate from DOLE
  • With at least 3 years work experience as a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Practitioner
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong Organization and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive
  • Excellent Problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Project Management

Job Description
  • Lead, implement and facilitate Safety, Health & Environment Systems
  • Guide and Direct SHE Programs
  • Ensures compliance with the rules and regulations of the Philippine Government in Environment, Health and Safety
  • Ensures that the company complies to the existing environmental laws (DENR, DOLE, LLDA, ERC, LGU, PDEA, BFP and others)
  • Prepares and applies for the company’s Permit to Operate, Environmental Compliance Certificate, Laguna Lake Development Authority Clearance and other legal certificates, permits and documents
  • Prepares Initial Environmental Examination and Environmental Impact Assessment
  • Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities
  • Prepares necessary reports relative to the company’s environmental status
  • ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 Auditor
  • Assists in Annual budget, plan, target setting and safety policy
