- Promote, market, and sell assigned Real Estate project through networking, advertisements, open house events, and various sales and marketing initiatives
- Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
- Attend and actively participate in meetings, trainings, and sales events
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Client aftersales service
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of college in any field
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome, sales experience is an advantage
- High verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino, knowledge of foreign language is a plus
- Goal oriented with strong drive to succeed and consistently meets performance standards
- Good in power networking and maintaining good relationship with clients
- Customer focused and with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Represents the company with professionalism in attire, ethics, values, and conduct
- Assertive, determined and self-motivated
- Willing to be trained and flexible
- Can work in a team and has sense of responsibility
- Must be enthusiastic and resourceful
- Confidence is a must
