Job Description
- Visits admitted patients, discusses patient’s coverage and benefits and issues letter of authorization (LOA).
- Issues notification of non-coverage for non-covered confinements.
- Monitors daily patient’s progress chart to know patient’s needs and current
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Medical Allied Course 4-year course
- At least one year experience in HMO or Insurance Company
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- With good Customer Service Skills
