Job Description
- Monitors and measures team's actual sales against the target.
- Reviews prospective accounts and new accounts and monitors the content of each documents submitted to other departments that will use these data for verification and will serve as the “bible”; ensures the accuracy of data and information which is the basis for quotation of actuary and eventually the proposal that will be released to clients.
- Prepares a checklist be done for pricing and should include process flow procedure to ensure that deadlines be met.
- Monitors released proposals to clients in order to have accurate rates submitted based from deadline promised and what actuary quoted.
- Reviews, customizes, and monitors presentation and orientation materials that will be presented to prospective clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's/dollege degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Sales.
- HMO or Insurance background is a plus.
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Preferably a Supervisor or at least 5 years experience specializing in Sales - Corporate or its equivalent.
