Job Description
This Business Retention Officer is responsible for ensuring that all accounts in portfolio renew, undertaking frontend account management process.
- Provide quality service to satisfy client.
- Serve as the conduit of the client with all units in PhilCare.
- Compute rates of benefits package, in consultation with Actuarial Department.
- Conduct after sales presentations and orientation sessions for clients regarding their benefits coverage and access procedures.
- Serve as the channel between the client and all units/staff in PhilCare.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with hands-on experience in Account Management.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
