Job Description
- Provide PhilCare customers with a holistically positive and pleasant experience at the PhilCare-managed clinic or PhilCare LOA-issuing office where you will be assigned.
- Address members’ concerns regarding their PhilCare coverage benefits
- Respond to inquiries regarding PhilCare products and services
- Provide the Marketing Department regular feedback regarding customer satisfaction and customer complaints
- Execute pre-identified processes and related tasks to deliver expected output
- Generate insight from observations and formulate recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Medical Related Course 4-year course
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Customer Service Skills;
