Job Description
- Assists in the monthly inspection of company facilities to ensure premises are well-maintained.
- Ensures that maintenance Program is in place with with contract to service providers.
- Monitors the recieving and delivery of documents to ensure all documents are accounted for.
- Prepare APV for payments of contractors and manpower providers.
- Submission of Assest Inventory reports, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any related course
- At least 6 months to 1 yr experience
- ackground in purchasing is an edge.
