Job Description
- Reports to the workplace clinic according to assigned schedule.
- Attends to employees of PhilCare’s retainer accounts needing medical consultation:
- Performs history-taking & physical examination in order to provide proper assessment and appropriate case management.
- Prescribes medicines and recommends medically necessary laboratory/ diagnostic procedures, referrals to affiliated specialists and treatment.
- Provides first-aid or emergency care limited to the resources available in the workplace clinic whenever necessary.
- Documents all findings, assessment & plan of every consultation in the patients’ medical records.
- Evaluates APE results of members with significant findings and gives appropriate recommendations.
- In accordance with company policies, determines fitness for work of non-confined members who reported for work from sick leaves.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine
- Willing to be assign in Taguig City/Edsa Greenhills/Pasay/Makati/Ortigas/Shaw Blvd
- Must be accomodating
- Willing to render 4-8 hours duty
