Job Description
The Sales Support is mainly responsible in providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Sales and Distribution Division. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor deliverables of Sales Support Assistant on the following:
- Franchising of Accounts
- Age fencing for quotation requests
- Admin and Logistics
- Monitor the Team Leaders of ABC team, After Sales, Client Servicing team and Sales Officers the status of Notice to Providers (NTP) or accounts' status both for New and Renewal businesses.
- Validate ABC setup by Sales Support Assistant.
- Conduct benefit orientation to clients on available slots
