Job Description
- Attends incoming calls and reply messages from client's concern thru messenger, Viber and text messages
- Preparation of daily itineraries on both service and consumable deliveries
- Service/deliveries monitoring
- Prepare daily branch reports
- Accept all incoming approved sales quotation and purchase order
- Generates copy life availability and sales quotation
- Generates and posting of sales invoice, delivery receipt and other warehouse documents
- Conduct regular stock inventory and perform daily cycle count
- Calculates items average consumption of parts/consumables for request
- Sending of warehouse documents to Audit dept
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the manager
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- With Sales or CSR experience; fresh graduates
- Personable and attentive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communicator
- Confident w/ phone inquiries
- Willing to work in Makati
