To succeed in this mission the company is hiring individuals with proven track records in management and sales to be part of the company and act as Wealth Portfolio Managers. The goal of a Portfolio Managers is to educate Filipinos on prudent ways to manage finances and increase awareness on how to live healthier. Qualified and accepted candidates are to:

• Conduct risk profile assessments and financial health checks on prospective clients
• Create a comprehensive financial road maps for clients based on client-centric objectives
• Recommend financial solutions suitable for prospects based on advisor assessment and client preference
• Execute and implement vital financial solutions to bridge portfolio gaps focusing capital growth and risk mitigation
• Actively acquire new clients by tapping on existing personal and business networks while maintaining strong relationship with current client base

Philam Life - Mortel Associates has created a program for newly minted Senior High School graduates who intend to pursue a career in the field of finance. This is a ladder program that will commence with a 3-month internship program with the end goal of being hired as a full-time financial consultant afterwards. Minimum requirements for the program are:

• Exemplary Senior High School Graduates
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a must
• Tracks in accounting and business management is a PLUS
• Mature mindset and can work under pressure
• Great communication skills in English and Filipino
• Ability to open niche markets and create a client base for Philam products and services
