Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: (Temporarily Remote/ Work From Home Basis)
The Recruitment Officer manages the whole end to end process of hiring aspiring future Financial Advisors for the MEGA Associates Agency of Philam Life. He/She is also responsible in branding and marketing in the focus of attracting and spreading a good reach in our social Media Handles
Recruitment
- Manage various recruitment tools including relevant social media profiles to source candidates
- Identify trends
- Manage and post job adverts on job search websites
- Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
- Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
- Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
- Assist in screening eligible candidates
- Maintain a good relationship with all candidates
- Conduct the administration of new-hire orientation as well as administering training.
- Maintain the internal CV-s database
- Perform clerical works related to Human Resources.
Marketing/Branding
- Manage and enhance the company's brand or reputation on different marketing channels
- Continue to build on the Enshored employer brand in a way that showcases our culture and mission, and that attracts diverse, experienced, and capable talent with potential
- Create impactful social media campaigns and job advertisements to attract the right talent
Minimum Qualifications
- Has WFH equipment and connection
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Management, or any related course.
- Has at least 6 months experience in the field of Human Resource- Recruitment faucet
- Experience in Employer Branding and ability to use, photoshop or advert tools to create content for company branding is a Big Plus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Amendable to work independently
