Job Description
Unit Manager (PhilamLife's PHOENIX Program)
- Recruit, supervise, and groom Financial Advisors/Full-Time Portfolio Managers with PhilamLife's EADP (Elite Advisor Development Program).
- Develop and execute strategic plans to fulfill and exceed production targets and their own business with PhilamLife's PHOENIX Program.
- Build and maintain a world-class team of finance professionals (Both as Financials Advisors/Full-Time Portfolio Managers and Leaders).
- Understand the competitive landscape of the Financial Services industry to formulate innovation blueprints to position the business to exponential growth and profitability.
- Attend to company initiated advanced leadership training programs, Executive Meetings and conduct team meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Business and Entrepreneurship Courses are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales/Business/Unit Manager in the following industries: Insurance, Banking and Bancassurance.
- Excellent management and people skills.
- Has keen eye on details and business analytics.
- Sharp entrepreneurial acumen.

Our programs are engineered to develop the next generation MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) members on their first year in the program. Second year of the program is geared towards Management and Leadership. The MDRTs will now become Associate Unit Managers and be able to create and manage their own team the right way. Developing their mentees to be MDRTs and future leaders as well.
