Job Description
- Read, analyze, organize, and report incoming memos (e-mails, scheduled meetings/appointments).
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Manage and maintain Executives' schedules.
- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Supervise and train other clerical staff.
- Make travel arrangements for the Executive/s.
- Meet with individuals, company initiatives and meetings on behalf of the Executive.
- He/she will act as the Executives' second brain.
Minimum Qualifications
- Information seeker and proactive learner.
- Has the will to create master systems (Operations and Calendar).
- Great anticipator of needs.
- Knows when not to over commit.
- Has great integrity.
- Great communication skills.
