Job Description
- Attend training and activity monitoring every week
- Call and set appointment with friends and client referrals
- Educate people about the importance of financial planning
- Sell insurance and financial products to qualified clients
- Recruit and train people to develop them for a sales career
Philam Life is having its Genesis program that aims to develop our managers of the future.
You will start as a financial advisor selling Philam Life policies, then will be developed as an assistant manager on your 2nd year onwards.
You can be promoted as a Unit Manager in 3-5 years and possibly as a manager or managers in 5-7 years.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in leading, motivating, coaching, and training people under your team;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to learn, talk to people, and work in the field
